Hey everybody, just thought I would share a quick tip for cutting parchment paper to fit in your round cake pans.
First, start with a piece of paper larger than your pan, like this.
Then, fold in half, factory edge to factory edge, then fold in half again, lengthwise, careful to keep the two factory edges in line.
Then fold corner to corner like a piece of pie.
Place the point in the center of cake pan and mark the outside edge.
Cut along the mark.
Ta da!
Hope this helps you to get a better fit for parchment paper in your round pans.
